“At the beginning of the year I had been suffering terribly for some time with quite debilitating fatigue. I’d paid for private hospital tests and nothing conclusive came from them so I was getting pretty frustrated.
In addition to this, I have always suffered with stomach problems mostly in the form of IBS and had also been diagnosed with a lazy bowel a couple of years ago.
I was at a loss as to what to do after my hospital tests and two friends recommended me to go to Alison. We had an initial telephone consultation, followed up by a questionnaire and a request to keep a food diary. When I met with her she had already examined my information and we had a further, very in-depth conversation.
My first meeting with Alison was pre-COVID but my follow-up was after March and by zoom. I was delighted to report the huge differences I’d experienced to my general well-being. I’m approximately 10 months down the line now and my new eating habits are a much enjoyed and thoroughly successful way of life.
